Stop Thinking With Your Emotions

Identity politics:  The Democratic Party has played that game for decades.  In its beginning, it purported to be for the poor man which was ironic, given that the party was started by rich men.  Then they said they were the party for the Blacks, although it was the party of slavery.  They covered up for that by saying there had been a great switch, but history recorded no such event actually happening.  Anyway, what good have their policies done for the Black race?  None!  No more than their policies have lifted the poor out of poverty.  Now they say they're the party for the LGBTQ+.  I have, yet, to see it!  The only reason I've ever seen for the identity politics they use is to thwart the Republican Party.  Politics is a game of power, not of concern.  Like organized religion, it's a system in which man controls man... nothing more.  Neither one is there for the good of your soul, your sanity, or your liberty.  The sooner you see that, the better off humanity will be.  I'm not saying we shouldn't worship the Almighty.  We absolutely should, in my opinion.  We just shouldn't be concerned with what any of the religions order, or the various offshoots of those religions.  Nor am I saying we shouldn't have government.  We most certainly should, but not the mega-corrupted system the Democrats and Republicans have given us.  Personally, I used to be a Republican, until I watched that party slide too far Right; just as the Democrat Party has gone too far to the Left.  Neither party was meant to be as far in either direction as they've gone.  If you go very much further to the Left, you'll get into Communism.  Too much further to the Right, Anarchy.  We really don't want either one of them, if you'd read your world history.

Like I said, I used to be a Republican... until they went where I wasn't willing to go.  Now, I'm a Libertarian, which makes a lot more sense for me.  It makes a lot more sense for anyone who is LGBTQ+ and loves their freedom.  This morning, I asked my AI to give me an explanation why the Libertarian Party is the best party for the LGBTQ+ community.  This is what it came up with (please, pay close attention):

The Libertarian Party's stance on LGBTQ+ rights is rooted in the principles of individual freedom and limited government intervention. Here are a few reasons why some might consider the Libertarian Party a better fit for LGBTQ+ individuals:

1. Personal Freedom

The Libertarian Party strongly believes in personal freedom and autonomy. They advocate for the right of individuals to make their own choices without government interference, including choices related to gender identity and sexual orientation.

2. Marriage Equality

Libertarians support marriage equality and believe that the government should not define or restrict personal relationships. They argue that consenting adults should be free to marry whomever they choose without government involvement.

3. Anti-Discrimination

While Libertarians oppose discrimination, they also believe that anti-discrimination laws should not infringe on personal freedoms or private enterprise. They argue that the best way to combat discrimination is through social change and personal responsibility rather than government mandates.

4. Privacy and Autonomy

The Libertarian Party emphasizes the importance of privacy and bodily autonomy. They support the right of individuals to make decisions about their own bodies, including access to gender-affirming healthcare, without government restrictions.

5. Equality Before the Law

Libertarians advocate for full equality before the law, meaning that sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression should not impact how individuals are treated by the government. They believe in removing legal distinctions based on these characteristics.

Conclusion

The Libertarian Party's commitment to individual freedom, privacy, and equality before the law aligns with the interests of many LGBTQ+ individuals. By advocating for minimal government intervention in personal lives, the Libertarian Party aims to create a society where everyone can live authentically and freely.
