I've Just About Had It

I posted this on one of my Facebook accounts this morning.  I just felt like some people had to be told.

Okay... there's only one way this can go, and here it is:

My love for the Constitution being what it is, the political climate in this country being just as stoked as when Obama was in office, together with my "friends" and family being all weak in the knees for our current president is just too much. I wasn't a fan of Trump's in 2015, and I didn't vote for him in 2016. I held my nose and voted for him, rather than voting my conscience in 2020, and didn't that blow up in all our faces? From 2008 until just months ago, I was very politically driven. I damaged my marriage over politics! My marriage is now on the mend, and I have a greater peace of mind. I'M NOT... FUCKING... GOING BACK! But... I see so much political bullshit on my feed that it's drawing me back in, and I refuse to debate people who won't consider anything beyond their own ideologies.

To this end, I will not be getting back on this account again today, and when I wake up tomorrow, I'll be deleting this account. If you don't have my personal contact information, don't worry about it... you don't need it. If you're not connected with my other account, don't bother if you can't resist posting your political bullshit. I don't want to see it! If you are connected to my other account and love to post your political bullshit, please, go un-friend that account. I'm going to head over to that account next and un-friend the few friends I have over there who post politics (Republican and Democrat) so I don't have to put up with them any more, either.

Something that is very apparent to me is how much all of you Republicans are just like the Democrats you scorn. You're all emotional over Trump, just like they were for Obama. Every goddamn one of you are okay with his un-constitutional EO's, just like they were for Obama's. Obama was a bully in his own way, and Trump is in his. I know... you'll make up some sort of justification for it, but... constitutionally?... there's NO justification.

On another matter, entirely: Y'all need to stop listening to your talking heads... Beck, Hannity, Shapiro, Levin. For one, they're just as guilty as the Democrat talking heads of keeping the hate, anger and division alive in America. For instance, on the transgender issue: There is no trans agenda to destroy womanhood, or what it means to be a woman. That claim completely ignores the fact that trans women only make up 38.5% of the trans community, trans men, 35.9% and gender non-conforming, 25.6%. A transgender individual is someone born either male, or female with the gender commonly associated with the opposite sex (either masculine, or feminine) none, or both. Contrary to what common ignorance tells you, this is not considered to be a mental illness. It's considered a psychological condition, just like any of your emotions... hate, disgust, anger. You know, the emotions upon which your opinion of trans people is based.

Trans people who change their bodies to align with their gender do so to alleviate the stresses of, yet, another condition known as gender dysphoria. Gender dysphoria is usually caused when, for some reason, a trans person had to suppress their gender. This can cause some very negative reactions and behaviors for the trans person. Self-hate, for instance, unending anger, and (OMG) sexually deviant behaviors the likes of which you're barely even able to imagine! All because they're absolutely disgusted with themselves and they're looking for an out. Some commit suicide, not because they're mentally ill, but because (like the bullied school child) they're gripped by extreme anguish. I know these things for two reasons. For one, I've done a lot of research for articles I've written and published in my blog, Unwaivering. For two (I think my brother would probably have a few drinks later and say something about this on a previous post, so I'm getting out ahead of it), I'm transgender. I know about the sexually deviant behaviors from experience. I mean, people, I put myself in some extreme situations! I think I was trying to commit suicide by sex.

Anyway, this is it! In parting, I'd like to say, "do your damned research!" You have your freedom of speech, but when you don't know what you're talking about, you just prove your ignorance and you show those who would manipulate you just how easily they can.
